Stage Mother is a premium competition-day support service created by IFBB Wellness Pro Emily Smith and the team behind Team Smith Coaching.
From backstage coordination and posing support to professional hair, makeup, and photography, we're here to make your show-day experience as organized, memorable, and stress-free as possible.
Whether you're stepping onstage for the first time or competing for your next title, we've got your back.

We help you navigate backstage, stay on schedule, follow your coach's show-day plan, feel confident in your presentation, and enjoy every moment of the experience.

Let's Make Your Show Day Unforgettable
14 days before
Confirm booking balance, athlete intake, credential requirements, glam vendor schedules, photographer coverage, and team assignments.
7 days before
Check in with the athlete and their coach. Review logistics and build a preliminary competition-day timeline.
24–48 hours before
Confirm the athlete's updated plan, makeup and hair times, check-in and arrival times, and your primary meeting location.
Show day
Help with orientation, stage-call tracking, glam and presentation checks, posing confidence, coach-directed reminders, and support during judging and finals.
After the show
Celebrate, coordinate remaining portraits, assist with feedback requests, and follow up with photography deliverables and a testimonial request.

Pricing applies to competitions within a 3-hour driving distance of Winchester, Virginia. Additional travel and accommodation fees may apply. Final availability and pricing are confirmed after reviewing show details.
Stage Mother services are available for select local and national bodybuilding competitions, subject to event permissions and team availability.
